Why we built this
We kept watching the same scene play out. A Chief of Staff at 11 pm reconstructing what a contractor said two months ago. A principal asking why the same thing went wrong on a different property. A new estate manager spending six weeks decoding a predecessor's notes. Spreadsheets and group chats had become load-bearing — and they were never designed for the load. We built AEyeHome to be what should have existed all along: an operations brain that remembers what was decided, governs what gets done, and gets out of the way of the people who run private life for a living. Private by architecture, accountable by design, and held to the standards our clients require by reputation — not by policy.
Why this exists
Complex operations require structure. When people, locations, and workflows span multiple contexts, fragmentation creates risk. Information becomes siloed. Accountability becomes unclear. Access control becomes inconsistent.
AEyeHome exists to bring structure, clarity, and security to these environments. It provides a unified system where operations are visible, traceable, and access-controlled by design.

Tenant + household isolation is the platform's first principle. Not a setting you configure — a constraint of how the system is built.
